"Based on the listing on Angie's list and reviews showing ROOFING, I contacted this company about a new roof. They contacted me immediately saying that they don't do new roofs only REPAIR. This may not be the company's fault, but is a waste of users' time."

"Amazing company. Used them for repairs from storm damage. They were extremely fast getting temporary stuff in place to stop any further leak damage and completed the job within a very short amount of time after the replacement tiles they ordered arrived. Very honest will certainly recommend to anyone needing roofing work"

Their product is awesome and Joey and crew are efficient and professional. Kristie works behind scene and sent updates via email. She is friendly and easily scheduled my roof work. Pretty sure she is the glue. ? Lance is great! He expects great results from his team and they deliver! Easy to work with and high standards. I like that. Joey and crew did awesome work. "Six Stars!! Southwest Rooofing and Design is the best! After a severe wind burst rearranged about 20% of tiles on the rear roof of my house, a day before a heavy rain was forecast, Southwest had a team over to cover the exposed roofing to prevent water damage. By the end of the first day a comprehensive contract was prepared and signed. In less than a week after the initial wind damage the entire new roof was installed and looking good! Each of the four work days started right on time with a fully staffed work crew of eight (8) including supervision. Each day's work was docummented with summaries recorded on the pictures. These summary reports are made possible by an audio visual app called 'GroupMe' with a copy provided to the customer. Each day ends with a complete site clean up. In-process inspections occur each day with the final quality check performed by Ramon Ayers, President of Southwest roofing & Design."

"The owner Mr. Cruz was easily accessible for any questions. All pricing was upfront and transparent. The quote was very reasonable for the roof repair and replacement. When the house was built in 2001, the builders saved by spacing the tiles too far apart. The roof was replaced to code and over 150 additional tiles needed to be added. Time was taken to match the new tiles to the current usable tiles. Very happy with the results. This was a roof repair/replacement. The house is in Tucson but I currently live in Georgia. Communication was very good between the company, my renters and myself. This is my forever home for when I can come back to Tucson and I am grateful that this roof should last for years to come."

"This roofing company didn't get everything perfect the first time, but when I brought up my concerns, they responded immediately and made it right without any hesitation. They were professional, addressed everything I asked, and made sure the final result was done well. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future projects. It's great to know they stand behind their work and truly care about their customers."

"Our experience with Renewal Roofing was impeccable. The quote was reasonable. The work was performed to high standards. Weâ re very happy with our decision to use Renewal."

"Mark contacted me to meet. His guy got on the roof, found the rotted wood and under lament that was turning to dust. Explained how they put 15 year paper down under 50 year tiles. Roof was built in 2002 (17 years old). Gave me 3 options and the best for me was to redo the under lament of the entire roof so I don't have to worry about this again. He put a temporary patch over the current leak until he could schedule me (about a month out). Called when they were ready and got it done quick. Super Happy!"

"After another roofing company failed to fulfill its warranty to fix shingles blown off during a storm, I contacted West Coast. I spoke with Carolina, who was able to get someone out the same day to do an estimate! I went with the estimate and am so grateful to Carolina and the crew at West Coast for fixing my roof - especially during the monsoon season!"
