However, I think these alarm services are pretty much the same and I would advise people to call around for prices. After my contract expired, I was able to negotiate a monthly fee that is about half what I was paying previously."

"Excellent Service! While we were trying to decide what type of system to purchase for our home the young man who helped us stayed late after the store closed and was genuinely happy to do so. He was also very educated about the product. Also, while teaching us about home stereo systems he asked a lot of questions so he could determine which system would be best for us, and at no time did he make us feel like the most expensive products were best for us. He was positive about both the lower and higher end components. His age may have been early 20's...
