"We hired Pacific Outdoor Living to relandscape our backyard, installing all new stone, turf, pool coping and reshaping the whole space. Khalil was an outstanding project manager - always communicating what was going to get done by when and they moved very quickly. Khalil was not going to be happy unless we were thrilled and he delivered! Khalil also had to contend with a simultaneous project that we had going on in the same space of an ADU renovation - and he was very accommodating and communicative during the process to help it all go smoothly. The guys doing the masonry work were fantastic - taking the care to do perfect work on a project that required laying a lot of stone tile on the patio and around the pool. Our backyard is beautiful now and I would highly recommend Pacific Outdoor Living to anyone needing landscape work of any size."

"My wife Brenda and I are extremely happy and fully satisfied with the exceptional work of Robert and his team from RJ Pools and Spa. Robert was both personable and professional, and his team was equally diligent in their work to repair cracks in my pool and spa; replastering my pool; and replacing pool-wall tile. Robertâ s attention to detail and communication from the onset of the project through completion was admirable. To those who are contemplating renovating an existing pool or perhaps a new pool construction, I recommend RJ Pools and Spa. - Aaron"

"Overall grade: “A”. Summary: Aqua Concepts rebuilt most of my pool (70-year-old, 20’x40’, 9’ deep maindrain, rectangular pool) from the rebar on up, replastered the pool, added new steps, pressure tested my maindrain, installed a split maindrain, and recommended a pool Startup party that I am very happy with. Time Frame: May-June 2021 (COVID time) Issues\Complaints: None My AquaConcepts contact: Chris was always available to answer my questions whether by text, phone call, or in-person visit. He did so in a timely manner. He also suggested alternate approaches and ideas that could be implemented during the rebuild. Very helpful. Background: Initially I planned only to replaster the pool. The surface looked OK except for a few “red spots” in the shallow end. Those spots turned out to be rusted rebar that had penetrated the plaster! This finding changed the entire nature of the job. AquaConcepts dug several “windows” into the plaster and it was evident that rust was widespread. To affect a reasonable rebuild price, they built a new rebar shell (say 6” above the old one), covered both rebar frames with shotcrete (at 3500 psi), bead blasted my existing tile (came out pretty good looking) and all this for half the price of a new pool (new pool of this size: 80-90k.) They also built the rebar shell for the new steps. (As I’m retired, I watched every step of the rebuild closely, asked lots of questions, and enjoyed the process)."

"Eli is a real professional. As soon as you meet him, you see you are dealing with a real professional contractor. We met with 4 different contractors and he was the only one with so much knowledge. I picked him for a full renovation project, we did full kitchen renovation, bathrooms, knocked 3 walls down, exterior was completely redone as well, including a new pool, Stucco, Paint and new drywall where we knocked the walls down. The job was done in 3 months. I was amazed by how many people worked in one day! Would hire them and won't hesitate."

"My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! Hiring California Smartscape was the best decision we could have made and one we will enjoy for many years to come!!"

"We had a problems with few leaks last winter so decided to get a brand new roof installed. We met Joe and he explained all the options available for us..we asked plenty of questions and wanted to understand the whole process...we ended up choosing the cool roof shingles. The whole process was very fast...after the permit was received, we had a crew of 8 working on our roof and it took the 2,5 days to get it all done...ripping off the old roof, replacing damaged plywood, installation of the new roof and clean up. They were also very attentive to making sure the clean up process was well taken care They exceeded our expectations We would use Urban Remodeling again in the future for other projects and recommend them for anyone"

"Recently had a consultation with US Home Developers regarding a new home construction project I was intending on starting. I spoke with Elaina and she kindly took plenty of time out of her day and walked me through the process. She gave me detailed information, and was very patient and understanding of the fact that I am new to the "housing game" and ultimately made me realize that building a new home might not be right for me at the present time. The fact that Elaina kindly offered me her time to provide me guidance and then tell me a new home build might not be right for me at the moment, clearly shows that you as a potential customer can expect US Home Developers will help you do what is right for you whatever that may be. Highly recommend you work with them, will definitely go back to them in the future!"

"Picture build were great. They did excellent quality work and delivered real value. They put in new driveway (with pavers) and pedestrian staircase, new landscaping with mature trees, new lighting and electrics, new IPE hardwood fencing. Couldn't be happier with their work. I actually use them now for landscape maintenance."

"He was very prompt in coming and was very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed that he was running behind and when he would be here which I appreciated and they did not keep us in the dark. I am considering contacting them in the future."
