"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. "We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. Keeping an old house is an on-going job and it was so nice to have someone work very professionally. He offered warranty as well, so we know he is there for us should there be any issues.
