"When I called to schedule, Kindra was very helpful. We were able to set up an initial time that worked for us. Butch came out to do an estimate. We had scheduled for 4:00 P.M and he called to say he could come out at 9:00 A.M which worked for us. He looked at the metal roof and stated that it looked fine. He then got up on the flat roof, assessed the situation and then described the possible leaking spots on the roof. He stated he could do the repairs right then for $150. He completed the work, I gave him a check and he said that Kindra would be sending an invoice. As it has not rained since I can't comment on the effectiveness, but he appeared competent and confident that he had identified the spot needing attention. They guarantee their workmanship for two years, so I assume if there are problems they will address them."
