"Against my better judgment I reach out and set an appointment with this company trying to support a professed black owned business. Because it seems to be the norm I shouldn't be shocked, I wish I could speak on their work but I can't because they pulled a no call no show. He scheduled me between 2pm-5pm so I canceled my afternoon so I could be home and they pulled this mess. Never again!!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"

"Very well. This was a complicated job (in fact the first electrician who looked at the job recommended LaCarruba as the only one he would trust to do it. In addition to the wiring it involved running a gas line through the house to the generator. Everything was done professionally, neatly; work was complimented by the inspector. They did their own carpentry and tile work; brought in a plumber for the gas line. Expensive but given the complexity of the job and how well it was done worth it."
