"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"Albert always showed up on time, with a cheery attitude and a wonderful willingness to work with us and give us exactly what we wanted. If we saw something that we didn't think was going to work for us, he obligingly made changes that exceeded our expectations. We had put off doing something like this for too many years. Had we known how wonderful it would be to work with Albert, and the people he employs, we would have jumped much sooner. We especially appreciated the fact that Albert was always on site when work was to be done, not just hoping that a subcontractor would live up to his standards He is a skilled craftsman, and takes care of the details from beginning to end. He is a true professional, and a warm human being. We love our new kitchen and bathroom. <br /> Details of the project: Albert removed lower cabinets to make room for a dishwasher, extended them so that we now have a built-in desk with a view of the outside world. The work involved demolition of old cabinets and tile, and replacing them (and adding on to) new cabinets and ceaser stone counters with italian tile back splash. In the bathroom, he built a new vanity, installed a new medicine chest, and replaced the old slippery tile with new beautiful (and textured) tile. He also supervised updating the electrical and plumbing. I should add that his electrical guy, and his plumbing guy are total gems...sine qua none.The results are stunning, thanks to Albert and his crew! <br />"
