"We could not be happier with the work T F Larkin Inc. provided. From the initial meeting to discuss our wainscoting project until it was immaculately finished (on time and on budget!) the entire 6-day process was one of the most professional and positive construction experiences we've ever had. Here are a few details: Initial Meeting: Company owner Tim Larkin met with us promptly to discuss our project ideas, offer a few of his own which helped guide our preferences to a more perfect outcome, and then walk us carefully through the timeline and project process. Within 24 hours we had the estimate in hand and the job was scheduled for a few weeks later. Measuring: A couple of days prior to the start of the job, Tim returned with the job lead to take precise measurements, ensure all seam areas, and double check every detail of the job. Once again, he carefully rehearsed with us the entire process and what we could expect to see happen on a day-to-day basis. Installation: On the Monday of installation (Feb. 29, 2016) a team of five showed up on time to begin construction and installation of the wainscoting. To the person, they were smart, professional, courteous, and extremely skilled craftsmen and artisans, and the extent of their training by Mr. Larkin showed in every aspect of their work. Both at the start and end of each work day, the lead asked if we had any questions--we always did--and all were answered with clarity and courtesy. And, they were CLEAN! At the close of each work day, they cleaned up the inside work sites and swept and cleaned up outside. They neatly stored their equipment out of sight and covered, and made the house as livable and usable for us as they could during the job by covering and taping off rooms and furniture to protect them from dust. At the end of the job the following Monday, they carefully vacuumed and cleaned every area of the house that they could. Mr. Larkin joined the job team for several hours each day, working along side them and offering guidance as needed. Ours was a large project, involving the staircase, bonus room, dining room, kitchen and kitchen island. The craftsmanship in all areas is remarkable and the project really enhances and showcases the beauty of our home. We enjoyed the work crew very much (who even quietly entertained themselves while working with the muted sounds of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble in the background!). Again, they were marvelous to work with and delivered a spot-on job. We recommend them to you for any wainscoting or crown/moulding projects you may be considering for your home.

"I called John on Monday morning, and he said he would be there between 3:30 and 4:00 that afternoon. He arrived just before 4:00. The toilet had been running so he checked to see what the problem could have been and determined that it was the flapper. So, he drove down to Home Depot and bought one, returned, and installed it. He then fixed the drawer glide.
Unfortunately, the toilet still ran that night, so I called him on Tuesday morning. While on the phone, he had me check several things and thought it might have been a faulty flapper. He returned around 4:00 that afternoon after having stopped at Home Depot to purchase a different flapper. Upon removing the one he had installed the evening before, he showed me that it wasn't even so that probably was the problem. He wouldn't let me pay for the new flapper or his time as he said I had already paid for a service to be done. Upon leaving he wanted me to call him the next day if there were still problems; however, the second flapper did the trick.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"It was ok. I had purchased the deal for a specific number of hours and when the job was completed I had two hours left but the painter just left and I would have liked for him to stay and finish painting the outside of the door. They did a good job, except for around the peep hole was left without a second coat.
It was hard to get a hold of him too, I waited around 1.5 months for them to come out. I reached out to them and I think he was overwhelmed by how many "offers" he sold.

"provider arrived on time and after brief explanation of what I wanted done, he went to work right away in replacing old water shut off valves.  Very professional, polite and made sure everything was cleaned-up.

"Sam Simon and his company created a beautiful front entry flagstone patio for us and did an excellent job. They had very helpful design ideas and come in on time and at the budget price. We are thrilled with the results and can highly recommend Stoneyard Construction."

"Fredy was great! He did a wonderful job on our drywall repair, could never tell we had holes in the wall after he was done. We turned around and hired him again a week later to do more drywall and some electrical to include 5 can lights with the wiring, those too turned out wonderful."

"Handyman 619 Team did a great job with my bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinets refinishing. Because of the excellent job they did, I hired them again for my roof replacement and water damage repair in one of my room, wall. Victor made sure everything are being worked on properly from start to finished of the job. Thank you for an outstanding job."

"Nice guy and great fix. Thanks."
