"Michael arrived to replace broken hot water heater within hours of my call by rescheduling another job that was not an emergency. He delivered/installed a top quality water heater, explained everything very clearly, replaced broken pressure reducing value that caused water heater to fail and cleaned up after himself. He charged me a flat rate labor charge even though job took longer than usual due to issues with the way my home was plumbed. As far as I can tell, he does not mark up the price of the parts he installs. Also, Michael recommended a man to handle water/mold issue who stopped by later same day to discuss basement mold situation and gave me a free estimate--also a quality guy.
