"We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. Keeping an old house is an on-going job and it was so nice to have someone work very professionally. He offered warranty as well, so we know he is there for us should there be any issues. Recommend him highly!"

"Chuck and Noah, are amazing to work with. They communicate extremely well and are honest. They did a home inspection Saturday morning for me. Thankfully I asked them to do a full septic inspection, not just a dye test. They found the septic system, needing major work. To the point, my bank won't approve the loan. the house failed before they even got inside it. When trying to explain to the home own, (who is also the listing agent) what was wrong, and why it needed to be fixed. All this lady did was rudely speaking over him, to the point she was mad at him for finding it. She would ask why it failed and as soon as chuck would begin to explain, she would start yelling over him, how it was fine. She must of ask half a dozen times for him to explain, for her to start arguing as soon as he spoke. I don't know how Chuck was able to be so calm and professional. I would have hit the lady, getting in my face like that. Chuck, was instead calm,kind and professional. "

The employees that came to do the install were clean, professional and respectful. They explained the steps of the install and completed it in a few areas. They went as far as to put down tarps to protect our floors. The install went flawlessly and we were very happy. The new system is much quieter than the old one. We would recommend them to anyone."

"***DO NOT USE REINER*** I recently hired Reiner to replace and install a central air and furnace system in an older home. We got quotes from 4 different companies but decided Reiner was worth the extra money (40% more than competitors) based off the size of the company, expertise and an experienced metal shop/customizations for an older home. We were sold that the decades of experience was going to solve our air flow issues. What we got was anything but spectacular. The install took 2 days and was completed incorrectly! The installers didn't even look at the drawn up plans. So they had to completely rip out the newly installed system and reinstall being guided by a supervisor. Our a/c died in July and it took 5 weeks from signing for them to finish. I don't know if there has been a change in the company but the service we received does not match their reputation. The lack of communication between the sales, installation and service is astounding. How this company has survived so long is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else!"
