"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! "BEAUTIFULLY. I worked primarily with T.J. who addressed my every concern and questions immediately. He worked with my insurance company from the beginning all the way thru completion of the project. I am a "discerning" customer and can genuinely report that I have never had a better customer service experience. T.J. helped me to select the best color of shingles for the new roof, helped with my application for the HOA approval of a color change, he made certain that the crew arrived when scheduled and made certain that the interior work crew coordinated with the roofing crew. He made certain that the crew went thru my yard multiple times to pck up any nails that may have fallen into my yard. Since he knew that I was especially concerned for my dogs he had the crew do an additional search the following day. T.J. worked with several people to address hail damage in my community and everyone that I spoke with had the same glowing reports about T.J.'s excellent customer service and absolute professionalism. I usually only write a review if I had a poor experience - as a warning to others, but sometimes a company/employee stands out so brilliantly that I want to let other potential clients know! All of the employees who worked on my roof were professional, courteous and highly skilled. The work was high quality and I'm very happy with the results.

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. They were prompt in responding to questions and delivered on the date they said that they would."

"The process began with their designer, Jean, coming to the house and discussing what we wanted and offering some ideas.  Within days we had an estimate and design.  We revised from there and agreed to the work.  They actually were able to being early as another job had to be delayed as the people were not ready for them.  The workers were good and efficient and Colin, the owner, made certain work proceeded well and any questions we had were promptly answered.  Their workmanship is wonderful.  The stairs and decking on them are great with added touches that made them work for getting to the yard better than expected.   The pavers are beautiful and perfectly installed and the retaining wall is simply outstanding -- the have great stone workers.  All nice to work with and attentive to us and detail.

"The guys with All Phase Fence Inc. did a fantastic job with our fencing.  They were prompt, professional and courteous.  The owner, Tom Britton, made sure to discuss all aspects of the fencing project in advance to ensure we got what we wanted.  Our project was slightly complicated as it involved installation of several types of fencing in three different locations, as well as repairs to an existing fence.  Yet the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  The materials are beautiful and the installation very professional.  Once the project was complete, the owner personally came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy.  I would recommend using All Phase Fence Inc for all your fencing needs.
