"The men were vry nice and easy to have around. Some of the areas of concern were not treated. There were two men involved, and the man who estimated the job included all that I needed. The other nice man who did the work said it was not possible to raise the lowest part because it was already level, even though 1/2 lower than the adjacent slab. That part had been raised a few years ago and had settled again. So we didn't agree on the work to do. Later the boss disagreed with me for asking for a lower price than the original job. Also, be sure to specify that all areas of outside concrete need to drain to the adjacent yard."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Everything went as planned. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. We had a moisture barrier put down on the gravel and then the concrete poured. They also sealed a couple cracks in the foundation around the crawl. We are so glad we found Concrete Crawlspaces because the blend of concrete is designed for crawl spaces; it dries more quickly and doesn't add a lot of moisture to the basement and house as it dries. It looks great and will now be much easier for our dehumidifier to keep up with the moisture."

"We had an original contractor that contracted him out. The price was part of our estimate. It was a very good company. They were hard workers that were very mindful of my home. When they poured the concrete they were very professional. We just had siding done and I didn't want concrete all over my brand new siding. That was my main concern and they didn't. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very professional. Their price was very reasonable. In fact, we had many estimates done for the patio and they were the cheapest and they did a beautiful job. The people that are coming over to my house are amazed. It is a huge patio and takes up half my house. It has a sidewalk. They made a step to come down off my house. Compared to their price I think all the other estimates were double. They were here when they were supposed to be. They gave us an estimated time of how long they were going to be there. They told us not to step on the concrete for 24 hours. We did have to work around the weather because if it rains then you can't have the patio poured. We plan on using them in the future. We are going to have them pour the patio to go around the house next summer."
