"I had a great experience with Bryan. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. My sliding door was not working properly, and now it feels like brand new. He cleaned the track, replaced the rollers, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. You can tell he really cares about doing a quality job. I definitely recommend his services to anyone needing sliding door repair. I’ll be calling him again if I need anything in the future."

"Scott was a pleasure to work with at each stage of the project. He listened carefully to me and communicated well in writing so we were on the same page and understood what needed to be done. He was always cheerful, pleasant, and professional, easy to have around my home and family. The quality of his work is outstanding. He is an artist and a perfectionist. The room is beautiful. I highly recommend Scott and True Love Property Maintenance."

"Great experience having hired Mr Zee to handle some home repairs that were beyond my capabilities. He arrived on time, in a subtle, well equipped minivan stocked to the gills with tools and supplies. Zach had all the experience and knowledge to get these jobs done. First was ripping out my old mailbox and post and replacing with the post, PVC cover and mailbox I had aleady purchased. I took his advice on some mounting changes to enhance the install. The second job I had for him involved adjusting/ rehanging a pantry door that I had rebuilt and could not get to hang correctly..... literally took him about 60 seconds to install some longer mounting screws on one hinge and adjust. Pricing was more than reasonable and Zach went above and beyond by cutting up the old post to make it easily disposable. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use Mr Zee in the future."

"Ched was communicative, puntual and extremely effective in knocking out a bunch of tasks on my needed-to-be-done list. He replaced the master bath fan, the master closet shelf, and repaired two closet door handles. He additionally fixed the curtain rod, that was out of sorts. Super professional, and a straight shooter. Id recommend CS for any job. He gets it done."

"Modesto came to fix issues I was having with my front door. I would strongly recommend Alemany Restoration and I will definitely use this company again!"
