The technician leaves an invoice in a plastic bag on my front door knob. It is convenient to pay the invoice online. When my lawn gets enough water, which is my responsibility, it looks great. However, if this drought continues much longer, I may have to resort to xeriscaping.

"I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.

"It was a wonderful experience with them. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. I would absolutely recommend them. They transformed the backyard and I cant even believe its our own backyard. They did an underground irrigation system or us and just came out and put in an irrigation timer so they can control the times the system comes on for us. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
