"PowerUp Electric did an extensive rewiring of my parent's 1914 home. The wiring was a real mess with a mix old and new wiring. Gabriel, Martin, and Frank were wonderful. We really appreciated their attention to every detail, their follow-up, and expertise! Prior to hiring PowerUp, we had a few other electricians come out to see what was needed, but we did not feel comfortable with their knowledge of how to extensively rewire the home. Frank came out and was very thorough in his evaluation of the current wiring and what was needed to bring the wiring up-to-date. Gabriel worked with us to give us a very competitive price and was extremely accommodating in his working with all the other contractors onsite: pluming, plaster repair, flooring, framers, etc at the same time. We felt that the whole team, Gabriel, Martin, and Frank worked well together and quickly performed all the work needed and helped us make critical decisions with regard to recommended work. At the very end, we had a very old candelabra which had sentimental value which was shorted out. Martin took the candelabra back to the shop and completely fixed it! "I called Chris on a Friday evening and told him that the light wasn't working in the bathroom in my condo which I rent out.  He said he had plans on Saturday but that he would work me in first thing in the morning before he went to his program because he understood the inconvenience of not having any light in the bathroom. He was prompt and professional.  He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Before calling Chris I had a large company send one of their electricians to evaluate the job.  The person spent one hour evaluating the job and stated that he was unsure which wire was faulty and that he needed to return after the weekend and spend more hours figuring out the problem which could cost as high as $1,000.00 for his time.  This large company charged me a service fee for the visit when they did nothing but give me bad information and sent me an incompetent electrician or a dishonest one.  Chris had no problems figuring out the problem and fixing it and charged me around $100.00.  He was competent, ethical and professional. I highly recommend him. Professionals like Chris are few and far between these days. <br />"
