"Eric performed the evaluation of our house foundation. Prior to the scheduled time, he called to alert us he would be late due to an accident on the freeway. He measured the foundation through-out the house and reviewed the exterior brick. Eric took the time to explain the measurement results and what else he observed. He offered to return during the dry season since he was here during the very wet spring. By doing this he will be able to determine how much movement occurs with the foundation. At this time he recommended no piers be installed. I do recommend giving Granite and Eric a call."
