"I am sorry it has taken me this long to write my glowing review of Pristine Construction! They completed a kitchen remodel for us in February and we are thrilled with the results. In the past we have had some nightmarish experiences so we were reluctant to take this project on. But after reading all the positive reviews and meeting the team in person we moved ahead and we are so glad we did. From the start, Nathan patiently worked with us to draw up the plans, scope of work, budget and timeline. His expertise and suggestions made all the difference in ensuring we made the most out of the space we have. He met me at the tile store to select the backsplash, he has a good eye for design and style. Once the project got underway Mike was on site overseeing their own personal crew for flawless execution. Mike also lent his expertise in helping me to select final touches like drawer pulls, kitchen faucet and lighting. The crew were courteous and neat. Every day I received emails or phone calls from Emma in the office updating me on what was happening, who was coming and going, when payments were due, etc. I felt completely looped in and reassured at the overall coordination of all the people involved. This is a top notch company. The project was completed on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the results. Even my children's friends remark that it looks like an HGTV remodel! Nathan and Mike are honest, detail oriented and very professional. It was a pleasure to work with them. We would recommend them to anyone and already have!"

"We used H&A My Design to 1) replace all flooring in our home with tile and laminate, level flooring in main room and hallway 2) move the washer dryer hook-ups in the laundry room, install proper draining and water line, etc. (this was a big job) and 3) basic bathroom remodel (tile and new vanity). The work was completed in a quality way, the tile in particular is beautiful and was laid with care. The work did take longer than anticipated, but that has been my experience every single time I have had any work done on my home with any company. We did identify some things that needed to be fixed after renovations were completed (splatter on walls, doors not closing well, pain in laundry room, etc.). While I would prefer everything be done right the first time Golan and Rony were good about coming back and making sure we were satisfied with final product. Overall experience was good, but removed one star for the reasons described above. You can probably find cheaper pricing, especially if you sub the work out... but we appreciated the convenience of a one stop shop GC."

"Imperial Remodeling took on a top-to-bottom remodel of my small three-level townhome, including a roof-top deck. The home, which was previously occupied by a hoarder, was transformed! Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems. But Imperial handled it all -- and stayed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent and detailed. The crew was careful and mindful of my neighbors and the cleanliness of building's common areas. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project."
