"Simply amazing transformation, I am very very pleased!  When both sets of tenants moved out of a duplex I own, I was left with quite a mess. I found Lo's Contracting on Angie's List and was impressed with the reviews I read.  I started with the upstairs unit, it needed the most work and I wasn't sure yet what I wanted done downstairs.  Amadou, the owner, showed up on time and enthusiastic.  He was very helpful immediately in addressing what I wanted done. We walked through and he had very helpful suggestions and quickly ascertained the scope of the job.  His estimate came that same night via email as he promised.  I was getting the impression that Amadou was responsible, knowledgeable and detail oriented.  I was right and he continued to impress me throughout the job cycle with his thoroughness,  dependability and quality of workmanship.  The estimate was very fair for a pretty big job.  The job started on time and finished only a few days after he estimated and only because refinishing the fir floors came up midstream.  It was not in my original plan but he helped me get that done too, quickly and with beautiful results! He handled issues that came up very professionally and always with a very positive approach that got things done.  I felt in good hands the whole time.  He not only did an excellent job on what I had contracted him to do but then offered little extras at no additional cost like painting the exterior stairs to enhance curb appeal.  Amadou was very accessible and communicated well as the job progressed keeping me posted on when things were happening.  Well, the end result was just beautiful and well done.  I could not be more pleased. And it was a no brainer to have Lo's Contracting do my downstairs unit as well.  It did not require the same wall/ceiling repairs but the bathroom ceiling got sheetrocked and still appreciable amount of prep.  Same renovations to bath and kitchen as was done upstairs because it all turned out so nicely.  He did the downstairs in exactly the timeframe (alot got done in 3 weeks time!) in the contract and again, at a very reasonable price (less than upstairs because less repair required). Amadou was again very on top of the job the whole time and responded immediately and effectively to any feedback or questions I had along the way.  And again, generously fixed a couple outside railings and did little extras at no additional cost, just amazing.  No surprise, the downstairs turned out wonderfully. Both units rented the same day they were advertised and I will certainly recommend Lo's to any friends that need work done on their homes.  Amadou's company has such a wide range of skills that I will be calling them for things that need to get done again.  Just a very pleasant experience from beginning to end.  Very organized, professional and a job well done."
