"Our experience working with Designs 4 U Construction was extremely frustrating. We had Jason and his team build an addition onto our home and the process was anything but smooth. We repeatedly asked for better communication throughout the project but could not get the contractor to keep us informed. The many delays, wrong materials delivered, and unreliable workers was always blamed on the subs and building suppliers. We believe that the project dragged on due to the disorganization and incompetence of the contractor. We contacted Schaffer Construction for the bid and a contract to do this project. We believed that they would be involved with Designs 4 U throughout the build. It soon became clear that that was not the case and it felt as if Jason was ?over his head? during the entire process. What we were told upon signing the contract was that it would be a ?four month build? after receiving the county permits. It took 1 year and 7 months! Not a good experience!"
