"Roman was outstanding. Called him to check out why some sprinklers were low pressure compared to others. We had another sprinkler co. come out previously and they said we needed to redo and redesign the entire layout of sprinklers. Roman came out and within 5 minutes determined it was the back flow system that needed to be replaced after falling apart. Roman gave us an estimate to repair and replace within minutes. He then spent the next several hours to do the work. Upon completing the job and adjusting the sprinklers, testing the entire system, everything worked perfectly!!! "They did quite a bit of work. They’ve been really, really good. You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."

"Didn't cancel the first appointment until half hour before he was supposed to be here, due to family emergency. The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message. The call was never returned.

"We couldn’t be happier with the sprinkler system that R&R Northwest put in our yard. They did a complete sprinkler system plus drip lines in both the front yard and backyard. Our yard was very difficult to dig the lines (a lot of rocks and roots), but they got the job done. They also fixed a paver walkway that we had as well as added river rock around our patio. They made sure every plant in our yard had water going to it. They were so easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had, they were able to answer and take care of. R&R Northwest went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we wanted. They gave us an estimate quickly and were able to start the job just a couple days later. We will definitely be using them again (actually we already are- they will putting full sod in our backyard!) We were very impressed with their work and professionalism.
