""Do not let the high rating or social media videos fool you. I paid $750 for a sloppy, rushed job that I had to supervise myself. Despite claiming years of experience, Daniel showed a complete lack of basic horticultural knowledge. I had to stay outside for 6 hours (9 AM ? 3 PM) because he didn't seem to understand simple plant logic?like the proper '4 and 4' spacing (4 inches of soil and 4 inches of mulch) to prevent plant rot. Major Failures: ? Logistical Oversight: The crew arrived without a wheelbarrow. After an initial disagreement, Daniel acknowledged it had been requested, but they were forced to improvise using a trash can and my personal buckets. This lack of proper equipment led to an inefficient process and unbalanced soil use. ? The 'Extra Time' Dispute: I paid a premium for a 4-hour job, but it took 6 hours because I had to constantly correct the work. Daniel claimed the extra time was my fault for insisting on correct measurements, and he suggested I should be 'happy' he"
