We talked easily about a number of subjects and he was very courteous as well as explained the process clearly. Levi came as promised today, Tuesday, and with an assistant completed the job including cleanup and hauled away the old (25+ year old water heater) within an hourâ s time. I was very satisfied when hot water was available very soon after that. I greatly appreciate all of the employeesâ professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and communication.
