"These workers were so professional it was a joy having Antonio, Willie and Alejandro here. They came prepared with a trailer and their gear. They even had their own port-a-potty!! Clean cut, hard working, worked their butts off with smiles on their faces. These fellows worked from the time they got here until it was time to leave AND they cleaned up after themselves EACH DAY leaving the yard looking pristine. As bad as it was finding out I had a river running through my attic and a ceiling coming down in a bedroom due to this leak, necessitating a new roof (Raindrop DID NOT install the old roof!), I was actually sorry to see them go. "Rufus Aylwin and Aylwin Construction have been operating for years in the Portland area. We find they are easy to work with. This was the second time Rufus helped us out. He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. The roof was leaking and Rufus immediately sent members of his team to tarp the leaking part of the roof It was an old roof and overdue for replacement. The new roof was applied after installing several damaged plywood sheets. We no longer live in the Portland area so this had to handled long-distance. We have confidence in their professionalism."

Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. "My concrete tile roof is 28 years old and only has had minimal need for maintenance. I had 4 roofing companies inspect my roof. I chose Rivera Roofing as Mr. Rivera was the only roofer who correctly diagnosed what preventative maintenance was needed. One roofing company said I needed about $8,000 in antiponding flashing installed, not to mention other remediation. Mr. Rivera instead inistalled lead flashing in vulnerable areas, cut a 2-inch opening in 4 or so valleys for better drainage; not a single other roofer thought of this solution--which I totally agreed with as in each valley the hip tiles were mostly 1/4 inch appart, and one cold rainy winter day I had to power wash one valley as a sediment dam had formed causing water to spread beyone the metal valley flashing and run into my house. Mr. Rivera's team wire brushed by hand the tile roof of my 2400 sq. ft. home--which is less "wearing" on a concrete tile roof than the power washing proposed by the other 3 companies. Mr. Rivera sealed my existing gutter and skylight seams--one of the companies wanted to replace my entire gutter system with a cheaper looking gutter, even though I only had 1 downspout seam that was leaky. At all tile-house siding interfacings Mr. Rivera placed lead flashing. He ce cleaned my gutters and left my walkways cleaner than he found them. What impressed me was he said if I hired another company that I should make sure they did "x, y, and z " actions. Although we were strangers he wanted me to have a roofing job done right. He and his crew were hard workers, honest. Mr. Rivera did more work for less money than any other contractor. I believe my roof won't need any attention for the next 10-20 years other than moss debriedment and gutter cleaning. I am certain that Mr. Rivera will bring to a composition roof the same skill and competence as he brought to my more complex tile roofing project."

"<p>Very pleased.</p> <p> Well organized office. Response is excellent. During  normal hours there is always someone to call / ask questions / get updates on schedule. Due to changing weather, date of work was changing - I always was getting timely updates. The best day was selected in accordance to weather forecast: making sure there is no rain on the installation day, but also at least couple of days after.</p> <p>I got professional answers to all the questions I had. What is important, I felt I could trust these answers. No upselling for more costly products / services. Honest description ( cons and pros) for all options. There were situation, when the office encourage me not to choose more expensive options as it is not worse the money.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Work was done quickly.  All cleanup was done perfectly. Can not judge on true quality, as I am not a professional roofer, and only  over month passed since installation, but visually roof looks accurately installed, and I have no  obvious issues so far.</p>"
