"Near Me Roofing Company was excellent through the whole process of getting siding and gutters replaced after hail damage. Great communication. Their crews cleaned debris efficiently, not just at the end of the project, but at the end of every day. Highly recommend using this company!"

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"I contracted with Buena Vista Roofing (BVR) for a complete tear-off and re-roof of my parents house in Vancouver, WA. BVR came highly recommended by one of their neighbors, so I took his recommendation and called. From that initial phone call to the completion of the job, working with BVR was a great experience. The estimator performed a complete set of measurements and provided a quote that was fair. There was even a discount for being a senior citizen and a military veteran! The BVR crew of 3 workers showed up on time each day and went about their work. Once the old roofing was removed, the lead man could see areas where there was damaged/rotted roof decking (plywood) that needed replacement. The highly skilled crew cut out the bad sections and â puzzledâ in the new plywood pieces perfectly. BTW - the additional charge for the repairs that they made was very reasonable. After 3 ½ days and a lot of hard work, the transformation was complete and the new roof looks fantastic. I went atop the roof with the BVR inspector, and took lots of pictures. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. If you need a new roof, BVR should be your 1st call."

"Loren Hayes did an outstanding job of replacing the broken and cracked grout along the countertop in my kitchen and bathroom. Color matched exactly and it looks like new again. I booked him to come back and fix some bathroom faucets."

"Mike carefully planned the materials and work for replacing the old LP siding on our Victorian home. Mike was very good to work with as I wanted to do the cleanup and some of the tear-off. Mike and his worker James both pay attention to detail and do precise work. Mike suggested adding some trim boards that greatly improved the looks for very little added costs. I highly recommend Prestige Construction and am very pleased with the job they did."

"It was such a pleasure to work with both Cody Bolster and Blake Carrow. They were very upbeat, they were very knowledgeable about their products and had amazing suggestions for our siding project."

"Mr. Tellez was prompt, thoughtful and did a careful and thorough job. He was very good at communication to make sure we all had the same ideas about how to proceed. He went out of his way to finish in a timely manner. He was flexible about coming back to install the vanity. I would hire him again for any repair project."

"Mr. Handiman was very professional . Carol, his wife who handles customer service , was very helpful and detailed oriented over the phone. He did a great job repairing the insulation we needed to have done.!!"
