"I wish there were more stars available! Nick and his crew were great repairing most and replacing some of my 100+ year old natural slate roof. All of the flashing was replaced with new, heavy duty copper. It's practically a work of art. They were prompt, clean and most respectful. We felt totally comfortable with the crew at the house. I've already arranged for Nick to do an annual inspection."

"We had purchased a 100 year old house with a slate roof. Though at first we thought we had a few years left, we quickly discovered multiple leaks. Other companies would only replace it, but Robert's suggested that a repair was possible -- offering a contract that would repair all damaged slate that they found including damaged underlayment (but not structure). This allowed us to keep the historic look of the house intact. Their bidding process was the most professional we saw -- they used a drone to evaluate the roof, and as we moved towards signing a foreman came out to evaluate the roof directly and ensure they would have enough material to complete the work (which did revise the bid slightly). It was always easy to get someone knowledgeable on the phone. While the work was underway the crew was very professional. The site was impeccably clean every day after they left. During the work, they did discover several rafters had failed necessitating emergency structural repairs. These were completed and the roof was watertight before they left for the day. Obviously this is a highly stressful situation for a homeowner, but they demonstrated a zen-like level of calm and focus that was extremely comforting. They also introduced us to a contractor to help complete some plaster patching that needed to be done inside where they had installed temporary supports. There was also much more damaged slate than they had originally anticipated -- approximately half of the total roof. However, they kept their commitment to take the burden of the overage, and we paid exactly what was quoted, plus a comparably modest sum for the unanticipated structural repairs. Likewise, they came back with no questions asked to resolve a minor issue we found a few weeks after the work completed. Though no project of this scope is without issues, Robert's went above and beyond my expectations to deliver a solid repair and demonstrated that they are committed to customer happiness."

"Very good owner and crew, came back when there was still a problem with the slate roof repair after they worked all day."

"They did an amazing job the roof was completed in a day I highly recommend"

"From my first interaction with Robert and through the whole repair process, I could not have been more pleased. He was timely, responsive, and the work he and his crew did was excellent, leaving my home just as clean when they left. There was no plaster dust! They repaired several places where roof leaks had caused the plaster to collapse, as well as a couple other plaster issues in my 100-year-old home. AND he was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Robert Dell'Aquila Plastering!"

"Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."

"Phillips Roofing was very responsive, professional, clean, and neat. The owner and his crew were respectful and follow the guidelines of COVID-19. I would definitely hire him and his crew for another job. Great to work with!"

"They did a really good job!  They cleaned, resealed, and painted my deck.  This was the first time I’d used them before and I’d use them again in the future.  I was definitely impressed by the quality -- they did a fine job."

"B&K Roofing turned an otherwise stressful situation into a very positive experience. They provided an honest estimate of the damage to my roof and attic and were very fair in their pricing. They were cordial and professional and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks, again, B&K!"
