I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. He also made an extra effort to see if he could get better pricing for me, which was very thoughtful. On the day of the installation, there were four guys who took care of everything, and I appreciated that so many people were available as it meant the job took very little time.
