"I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go. I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it. I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look. Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly. As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that. All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again."

He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. "Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
