"We recently hired Kirkland Roofing Company to replace our entire roof, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Joshua was very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the condition of our old roof, what needed to be replaced, what materials would be used, and what we could expect throughout the project. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard from start to finish. They removed the old roofing, inspected the decking underneath, completed the necessary repairs, and installed the new roofing system very carefully. We really appreciated that they didn?t just rush through the job. They paid attention to the flashing, vents, ridge caps, edges, and all of the smaller details that can easily get overlooked. Joshua kept us updated throughout the project and let us know what was happening each step of the way. If anything came up, he explained it clearly before moving forward. Communication"

"My first time working with Near Me Roofing Company and his team but it will not be the last. I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"

"I hired these people to do a very simple repair on my deck for me. Nobody was very interested in doing it because it was a small job. But these guys got it done for me. I am possibly planning on hiring them for more extensive work in my yard now and hope to find that they do great work here too. Still waiting for them to get back with me with an estimate, however, and hoping to hear from them soon soon."

"We were extremely impressed with Halt corporate for or deck remodel. They finished ahead of schedule and under budget! The team's professionalism and attention to detail, from daily cleanup to final touches, exceeded our expectations"

"We had a roof leak. RDS responded on the weekend, when others would not. Monday, which was during a rainy period, they came and repaired the roof. We have not had further problems. They also corrected a potential problem with the boots for the plumbing vents."

"Jorge was wonderful!! Prompt response to my inquiry for a quote. Came out the next day from Auburn (we live in Edmonds) provided the quote and did the work all in the same day! Amazing! Also provided many photos showing the work he did. Besides cleaning the roof, he applied moss control. Cleaned and repaired our gutters!! I would totally recommend this company! Very easy to work with and work completed in a timely manner!"

"Northwest Builders and Renovations, I had a good experience with this company. They worked with me on a constant changing plan until it was exactly what I wanted. Once the plan was finalized the work started. Demolition of 85% of old deck and supports on a older bi level wood deck, removed a jacuzzi, Re-framed for one level, 12’x34’ Trex flooring picture framed in three sections, a roof that covers the entire deck and a white vinyl handrail with a double gate. Looks absolutely beautiful. Far as materials go nothing but the best. Build to last, very strong. This was a big project for me, never have worked with contractors before, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. Let me tell you that they delivered on what was promised. I’m very happy that I decided to go with Northwest Builders and Renovation. Looking forward on doing future projects with them. Great job I just wish I could add pictures to show the beautiful work"

"This review is long overdue, but I had to wait until heavy rain to confirm that Vicotr had taken care of a heavy leak in my master bath. Water was coming in from above a large window, and I didn't know whether it was a roof or window problem. When I called for assistance this past Spring, Victor quickly responded, arranged his scheudle to be avaiaialbe, and quickly took care of the issue "on the spot," whihc turned out to be a problem with the gutters. I was very pleased with his courtesy, repsonsiveness, and the work completed, as after the last heavy rain days, no water is evident."

"Max and his team rebuilt my old deck into a Trex composite deck. Max walked me through the process step by step and answered any questions I had. His team was very thorough and did a beautiful job. I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend FineCraft Construction for your future project!"
