"We had a great experience with Side-Pro's who installed new Hardie Plank siding, new Milgard (Tuscany) windows, gutters and painted our entire house. From Troy who we met at the Seattle Home Show to Duane who was our Project Manager to Leo who was the Lead on our installation team, everyone had a professional, responsive and thoughtful attitude. We did our research starting with Angie's List, prioritizing and rating each company we chose to contact, we went to the Seattle Home Show and met Side-Pro's in person where we had a really good connection with. The quality of the work was the best you could ask for. They arrived promptly on time and they cleaned up every single night. We couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking into having siding or windows or gutters installed. To us, they are the best in the business!"

"Ari and his Coverall crew were exceptional. They did a great job replacing deteriorating shingles and rotted plywood. Excellent attention to detail, very good service, and at a fair price. even did a small unrelated job for me several weeks late at no next extra cost. He's also replaced roofs on several of my neighbours homes, and they are also very happy with his work. So i would definitely recommend."

"TLDR: All in all great value, quality, and flexibility. Overall I would absolutely hire Dogwood again. I would only be a little more careful to think of and express important specifications rather than leave anything assumed/unwritten. Dogwood was the only one who walked most of the job and considered challenges for the job before giving the quote. Most other contractors wanted a flat daily rate and made an arbitrary promise to get X done per day. Dogwood instead looked at it and considered the variables, told me what site prep to do, and worked diligently to execute the job. As with any contractor, I recommend putting any discussion and decision into writing. Several agreed topics/decisions and specifications were either forgotten or not followed. Miscommunications and last minute "boots on the ground" adjustments happen. Keeping things clear and written down (even on a post it for an adjustment the crew needs to remember) will help everyone."

"The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. We had several discovered work items and things I wanted to tweak. Perdue Builders always said yes and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with the change requests or when I asked about fine details. I also appreciated that the crew took care of all the details such as reattaching new lights, accessories, painting to few areas that weren't replaced to match so that there wasn't follow up work for me to do. Overall great value, team, and love the results."

"Tracy got the job done well. He was patient to discuss the repair plan. He also helped me with dealing with the insurance company. All in all, excellence service!"

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

"Working with this company was an excellent experience. From the beginning, Scott was so easy to work with and you can tell he really believes in the company's abilities and quality of work. This was a big exterior project - removal of all the old wood siding, building out new window trim and sills, fixing up some fascia boards, new Hardie siding all around, painting the entire house, and also cedar accents on the porch. Chris and Diego were here early every day (weather permitting) and are really nice and courteous guys. They treat your home like it's their home, and you see it in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They won't cut corners, and always do things the right way. I can hardly speak highly enough of this company and would 100% recommend them if they are a fit for your project."

"Came out quickly, gave a number of options on how to repair with a recommendation and did the job for a very competitive price. Great experience and I will be using them again for a roof cleaning this fall.
