I valued their work ethic from the very beginning from the planning process- to the final product. I had several contractors come out to provide estimates and then I never heard or saw them again- waiting almost two years to get these project done. I finally gave up and then found Mr. Barnhill, i requested an appointment, and he immediately got back to me. I asked them to remove an old deck, replace a deck and front railings, and they had it in the works quickly for me. They were consistent with communication with both projects and always let me know their arrival and departures times. They found certain improvements that could be made, to keep my deck and porch in tip top shape, to avoid anymore rain water damages. They made these prevention's with no additional cost. I will always be a loyal customer to them for my home improvements! Two very happy ladies and happy doggies loving their new deck for summer!"

"The overall replacement of this window was exceptionally good. However the window is located directly above our bathtub and with him coming in and out my tub was left extremely dirty by him standing inside of the tub. He did not drape anything inside of the tub to make sure it was left clean. Nor did he attempt to remove the shoe marks himself. It took my wife a couple of days to remove all of the dirt and scuff marks from our tub. Why so long? Because comet and bleach did not work. She finally decided to use Spray9 along with comet and boiling hot water,allowing it to soak a few minutes scrubbed it and now it is clean again."

"Had both bathrooms remodeled by taking one piece shower and tub out and replacing with tile showers with glass doors. In one of the bathrooms, I also had the vanity and linoleum floor replaced with a new vanity with marble top, and laminate vinyl flooring. Billy did an excellent job on all of it and what I really like is that he only works on your project at one time so he doesn't leave you hanging two or three days while he goes off to work on someone else's job. I would hire him again."

All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed. Once we discussed all estimates and contractors Boyce and Gault services was the one to go with. Now that the project is complete we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did. I can honestly tell you that not one contractor would have done remotely close To what they did. It is an amazing job and we are extremely happy!"
