"If I could give more stars I would!! Billy and his team are knowledgeable, fast, kind and affordable. They know what they are doing and truly care about the work that they do. He thoroughly explained why we needed a different set up than what we initially planned and undercut the competition by $1500 in labor costs. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Do not pre-pay with this company.  Evidently, it was poorly priced..  Everyone of his employees came out said "no, can't do it for that price", but I had already paid for the job through Angie's List.  When the representative first came out, he quoted all this stuff he could do, but I only wanted what I had paid for.  It almost took me throwing a fit to get them to do the job quoted & paid for.  I still have uneven places that the worker did not smooth out.  Also, I was constantly being told he would be out at a certain time and then the worker who was supposed to be a supervisor would not show up.
