"I talked to Sid and scheduled to have my sink reinstalled for $250. I was able to brace my sink before OGM arrived and decided to wait on having my sink reinstalled. Instead I had OGM re-apply the silicone seal around the sink...5 minutes of work. They were at my house a total of 15 minutes. The scheduling process was easy, they worked with my schedule, and the contractors arrived on time and were very professional and easy to talk to. I was happy with the work I had them perform. I asked the contractors how much I owed them and they told me OGM would send an invoice. I recieved the invoice about a week and a half later for $125... this was for 5 minutes of work and about $2.00 of material, half of what it would've been to totally reinstall my sink...about 2.5 to 3 hours of work. I called OGM and talked to Sid again and told him I didn't agree with what he was charging me. Sid was a bit confrontational about the charge citing pay for his contractors, service fees, vehicle charges, gas, ect. He was a bit unprofessional and rude about the whole situation. In the end I told him I'd be willing to pay OGM $75 for the work they performed. No service fee was discussed when I originally scheduled. <br />"

Jamie was my sales rep and answered all my questions over the phone. Jesse showed me all the quartz options (there was a ton in stock) and she helped me narrow my selection down to two slabs. She had an employee pull both slabs styles with a crane and we found the one we loved. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience. I was in a rush and World Stone was very accommodating to my tight schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to support a local business that supplies a quality product at a very reasonable price!"
