As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . "Excellent company to work with, from the initial estimate through final clean up following installation. They shingled our roof, added baffles (we have 3 attics and there were no baffles in any of them), insulated a couple of uninsulated areas, and increased insulation in the rest of the house. I didn't believe that they could do a job that would suit me in one day, but they did. The crew was well organized and all were workers - There were a total of 15 folks working on our roof and insulation."

"<p>Loy-Quinn kept my mothers roof from caving in. They truly saved the day!!  The roof was leaking terribly and had actually rotted out most of the supporting boards and rafters. We called Loy-Quinn  in late October and although they were booked and working against frigid temperatures, they did what it took to get the job done before the snow arrived. In their opinion with the condition of the roof it probably would have collapsed under a heavy snow. THE WORK THEY PERFORMED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!  They returned all phone calls and showed up exactly when expected. They also took their time with my mother, answering her questions and explaining the process. </p> <p>I am truly grateful for this company. "Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. At that time of year (March/April) they were very busy with many customers experiencing similar problems due to the excessive rainfall. They probably lost about three days in completing the work due to the heavy demand on their services. hey were very prompt in arriving the first time to set up the equipment to dry-out the basement. I had replaced the sump pump, so the standing water was gone when they arrived."

"Extremely well. Sergio was early when coming to inspect for an estimate. He was very responsive to email and text (within 24 hours). He and an assistant showed up promptly at the arranged time. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the hole in the chimney stucco and matched the color of the original stucco so that one cannot tell the repairs from the rest of the house."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
