I didnt know this originally, but it was convenient for me to drop off near my home at the Coburg Rd location. I dropped off my machine at the Twin Rivers Sewing and Vacuum storefront on Coburg Road, which is owned by the brother of the River Road shop-- one specializes in sewing machines, the other in vacuums, and they share customers. The price was quoted at the Coburg Rd store as lower than what the River Road invoice stated. The original lower quote was honored- I tink is was quoted below what it should have been initually. Still below quotes from other local repair shops. <br /> Overall, very happy with service <br />"
