Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. I highly recommend TriCounty Trappers for any pest control and remediation."

"He is great. The service is not that expensive. I would say it is between average and low. It is not cheap, but he is certainly not high. The whole rodent thing is such a game and some people would literally charge thousands of dollars and he is not even close to that. He is very honest. He is one of the most honest people I've ever met in my entire life. The whole pest control thing is not hard. It is just about honesty. You have to be honest with people. We own rental property and so I need someone to solve these things quickly and he is pretty good about it. He works and he solves it. He actually makes a point of doing the amount of work you actually want. I've had a lot of bad experience of people in that whole area and he is the only one I've ever come across that is really, really good. I am very happy and satisfied. It is totally within my budget. He really comes out quickly too. When I had the bee issue, and that is a type of scary thing to get and a little bit sad, because there is not much you can do other than to kill them, but he came out that day. It was in one of my tenant's houses. I had a little bit experience with bees and I tried to solve it. I got stung and got a horrible reaction. That is when I just went to the list and called him up. His price was a $150. This is the fourth time we had bees. I remember the first time I've checked prices on it and somebody quoted me $1500! That is a huge difference."

"I've been using No Nonsense as termite control for about 10 years and highly recommend using them. I am on an on-going membership and they come out and treat anytime I see evidence of termites for a reasonable annual fee. The provide great service and know what they are doing - very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with termites. I also like the non-harmful-to-pets product they use because I have 2 indoor cats and would worry about health issues otherwise. It's also nice to see the same people over time, and they know me and my place and where issues were in the past. I'm so happy I found this company to treat the termites."

"Called Sam and left a message which he promptly returned in a few minutes. Made an appt. to come out the next day. He came a bit earlier than expected but that was fine by me and went right to work. I showed him a few of the nests I spotted, he immediately pointed out a few more that I didn't see and assured me that he would check the rest of the house for anymore.
He was done in about 15-20 minutes and said if any of them came back within 2 months, he'd come out and remove them for free. Definitely happy with his work and our family feels a whole lot better. Thanks a lot!

"Mike has been just what we needed, he is working to humanly capture the skunks we have in the back yard. He was prompt, friendly but on the job. We are very pleased and will recommend him to friends and neighbors."

"Communication was easy, service was prompt and the price was right. Highly recommend Surf City Pest Control!"

"Hired for termite, spider and rat control. Satisfied, highly recommended. Thorough follow up."

"My friend told me to try Rodent Control Inc. for insulation, and I?m glad I did. They added insulation in my living and family room to help with both temperature control and rodent issues. It?s been working perfectly, no signs of rodents since! The rooms stay warmer and cleaner now. Super happy with the results and definitely worth it."

"Worked better after second treatment. We like that it is kid and pet safe and dries quickly."
