For my first move it was long distance, the movers were scheduled to arrive at 8am (coming from New Port Richey to Boynton Beach, Florida) and arrived by 7:50-ish, they called to let us know when they were thirty-minutes out. We were moving out of an apartment on the third floor, they had their work cut-out for them but emptied our entire apartment in an efficient amount of time and shared a few laughs with us as well. Our second move was from a townhouse to a condo, we ran into an issue with our HOA who told us we weren't able to move in until a few days later. King's Pro Movers didn't charge us an arm and a leg keep their truck out of service for two days in order for our stuff to be held inside, and they were polite and understanding about the entire situation.
