"My wife & I started noticing our water heater not producing like it should. I have never done business with them. I called them and explained the situation. They had me send them some pictures of my current setup so they would have the correct parts if it needed to be repaired (I liked that idea) So I called them today at 6:45am, 9:45 AM there were onsite, 11:45 they were done! I am in a customer facing side of business and I always try to do things right the first time. These guys got my vote! I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5! They went over and beyond my expectations. They were very good to work with. Technician explained everything to me, why my unit went out, etc. Once my new unit was installed they gave me some tips on how to maintain the water heater (never had a contractor do that before! A+) I will be back, you have won a long time client. Anytime I need plumbing work done, you will be the first person I call! Good job guys! You are going to go far with your fine work ethic! Kudos to you!"

"Had Beverly Plumbing & Heating install a shower. Installer tried to cover up big gaps where the shower panels meet in the corners by using caulking. I told him not acceptable! Things should be squared and this also looked horrible! Installer then tried to use a plastic PVC quarter round to hide that his install shower was not squared. He then put plastic quarter round to cover it and said it came with the shower kit and the quarter round was in the shower box kit - not true because the PVC quarter round had a date on it which was AFTER the manufacturing date of the shower kit that I purchased myself from another company 6 months before the install and just two weeks before he even started to install it. I also called the manufacture and they advised they don't sell quarter round in the shower kit! Which means he went to a box store and bought it and then had to be deceptive about it. Contacted this company by email a week ago and advised them the installer did not remove the plastic protection film from the shower kit which means joints are not sealed and water will now penetrate - the whole entire reason we replaced the shower in the first place. NO RESPONSE to the email. No answer by phone. Dr. Hachem"

"Unfortunately, I had a very dissatisfying experience with Ameristore, particularly with one of their workers, Ed. My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated."
