"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
