Bill promptly answered the phone and we set up a visit for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and was able to schedule the work within a week. All work was completed within two weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with quality of work performed. Once work started it was determined that not as much needed replacement and Bill reduced the cost of the project accordingly. Workers should be commended on how well they cleaned up the job site and the quality of their. Highly recommend this company for stucco repairs."

"This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "I was pleased and surprised by the thorough job the painters did.
Dennis Nagel (The owner) took lots of time to present paint colors and discuss them with us.  I would have chosen the second sample, but after seeing others, was happy I hadn't rushed.  We got exactly the color we wanted.  We were also surprised at the "prep" time the team spent on our house.  We hadn't painted in a long time, and they scraped off any loose paint, fixed woodpecker holes and badly worn boards.  We were shocked when we walked around the house after the painting was completed and couldn't even tell where there had been damage.  
Dennis and his crew were always friendly, professional and helpful.

The damage to the stucco on my chimney was way more extensive than originally thought with underlying brick damage. We agreed to a new fee - I could see the extensive damage. Even with the new fee it was more than reasonable. The final repair work looks great. I am really pleased. I think Jose addressed what could have been a very serious issue down the road.
