He thoroughly explained my options to repair as well as estimated time and cost of each. Since a 29 year old check valve could eventually be a problem I asked him to add that to the request. He had one on his truck so a 2nd visit wasn't needed. This did require new PVC work as the previous installation left no room for a simple replacement repair. He also cleaned out the silt and plant growth from my storm sump. He provided an estimate to replace my aging hot water tank and detailed info about a tankless option. He possessed a remarkable supply of information about all manner of things. He cleaned up well, leaving no debris behind. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him when doing any future work. $995 total."
