The contractor did a great job in other areas such as framing, siding, deck building etc., but properly installing and aligning a door is a special skill that not everyone has. It is hard to find a real door hanger but after a search we found Tom. He was able to take apart and reinstall the sash and door and we now have a beautifully operating and sealed front door. First, the reviews I read from various sources shows their quality is stellar; second, their color consultant spent the time necessary with me to choose the right color ( not included in the bid ). They spent two full days stripping the door of its old paint, and then prepping and applying primer and paint to the shingles and door. When all was done, I was amazed at how it turned out. The new accent colors added character to the house. Their workmanship is second to none with no flaws in the areas they painted. They even went as far as providing touch up to the trim where paint had chipped off over the years. When I'm ready for the house to be fully repainted, I now know who to turn to."

They've been so great we returned to Brad for pull-out shelves installed last week in a new large cabinet we put in to take advantage of a hollow space under our stairs. Brad gives good advice about storage, good referrals to a cabinet maker, quality product and installation, and easy to deal with and always true to his word about timing and installation of the pull-out shelving. "I had a very good experience with them but we are not quite done yet. They are really great people to work with. The quality of the doors is great. The only thing that is unfortunate is it doesn't match what we already have and that was going to be a concern but they thought they could do it but they weren't able to do it but that's okay. They did a good job. They are very professional. They do what they say they are going to do. When they say they are going to get it done in a certain time, they do it. They are good communicators. They call you and return phone calls and I think those things are important when you are doing remodeling. It might be a little bit expensive the way they are doing it but then, these are costumed made that they are making them to match exactly what you already have."

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."
