And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. "I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. "Follow up on Cobex construction company. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
