"Both guys were prompt and kept us informed of when they thought they would arrive. The drain cleaner guy spent an hour locating and digging down to the septic tank. He cleaned the inlet to the tank so water would flow better. He didn't think it would be beneficial to clean the drain lines. He said he didn't want to have to charge us the extra fee since the drains weren't the real problem. The septic pump guy was able to come in and get his job done quickly because the tank was already exposed. I was very happy with their service. The only thing I would ask is that, next time, I would like for them to replace the soil over the septic tank."

She talked me through what we should do so that we could take showers in the am. Although they have techs available for emergency calls, we decided to wait until the next day.
