"My experience with Copper Fox was absolutely terrible. The sales representative, Harold, assured me the project was 2-3 weeks. We started the project in early May. Copper Fox was very gracious and took a two hour lunch break instead of a one hour lunch break everyday so that my son could sleep. I knew that this accommodation would likely make the project take a little longer, but would only affect the loud portion of construction which was framing and some of the screwing during the installation of drywall. Copper Fox did not finish the project until the end of September because they failed to order materials in a timely manner. On top of the project delay the workmanship was extremely shoddy and they failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. Their "project manager" barely came to site and didn't show up for the final inspection I had to handle it myself. I am happy to share my contract and all email correspondence."

"Should be called "Steal-tite". Company came out to give estimate in MAY 2019. Said they couldn't do the job until December, but we weren't having any leaks by June, so we went ahead and signed contract, sent in $800 deposit. Well, we ended up buying another house and decided not to have the work done. This was about October. Tried to call Seal-tite several times, always get the "answering service" and they never call back. Finally found the card of the engineer who quoted our estimate, Curt Giantonio. He said too bad so sad for our deposit, and that we had no recourse to get the money back. I realize the contract said the deposit was non-refundable. But the company could have been courteous, understood the situation, and refund my deposit even though legally they don't have to. Instead they've chosen to keep my money for zero services rendered. I could understand them keeping a portion to cover the travel costs of the engineer who came on site to give the estimate, but there's no way that is anywhere near $800. Greedy company that obviously doesn't care about people."

He listened, looked, checked and tested and identified the point of failure, Replaced that part from his truck and the system is running again as it should. Phil explained clearly as he worked, very informative, professional and personable. I highly recommend Philco Mechanical Services and will call on them for my seasonal inspection and service."

"When I found my water heater leaking in the garage on a Sat. night, I called a plumbing service that advertises 24/7 service, mainly to find out if this was something that could wait until Mon, or if it was an emergency, as it was a slow leak and I still had hot water. They never called me back. So on Mon. morning, I searched plumbers and found Prestige and its many excellent reviews. I called Todd, who said he could swing by my house, take a look, and let me know what I should do. In less than 20 min he was there, found out my tank had rusted through and without immediate intervention would start seeping through the wall. He shut off the gas to the tank, drained it, and turned off the water to the tank right then and there. He was back the next afternoon and all the work was done in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend him and he has a customer for life."
