"Service man arrived right on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Upon initial inspection of the door, besides the rusted rollers that were very apparent, he recommended that the cables be replaced because they were quite frayed. He also recommended replacing the main spring saying due to the age of the door and lack of preventative maintenance. it would fail soon. I agreed to everything and when he was finished, he showed me all the parts and they were all in bad shape. His recommendations saved an additional service call. I am very pleased with the way everything went and highly recommend using Adam's Garage Door Service.
