"J. Ventura Contracting recently completed work on my roof. It was a large job and I understood going into it, this would be a major roofing project. Joel and his team made the experience easier than I ever imagined. They were easy to work with. and whenever I had a concern, the whole process was explained to me. They guys went beyond my expectations, especially since we had a major snow storm right in the middle of the project that dumped 40 inches of snow on the area where I live. The team didnâ t let it slow them down much, as they came ready to shovel out and resume work. I had seen and heard horror stories about roofing, and I was honestly scared to get this project done. Joel and his team were professionals and it showed. The price was reasonable and the end result looks great."

"Dustin was polite and informative. He insisted I needed a complete tear off having heard from me that another contractor had determined there were a few plywood sheets needed! I do not know if he found the same on inspection oOR if she just went on the word of the other guy! I have had 4 estimates which is only prudent! I informed him that I did not request a total tear off. He said it required one and I replied, being on my way to an appointment, that we would not be doing business, He emailed me, calling me rude, mocking my obtaining several estimates, said I was misinformed which causes me to distrust him, said I was rude…I was not! I I had said we not be doing business but thank you very much and hung up. Dustin told me he would not want to be doing business for someone like me anyway! His estimate was for over $18,000 and he came in high in comparison with other contractors. I am offended by his obnoxious criticism of me, the customer, who did not agree with his analysis of my project! I was not being rude to him, just shirt and to the point because I was on my way out the door! Dustin needs to learn how to do business. His immaturity is showing. I have responded to his obnoxity straightforwardly, am taken aback by it and certainly can’t recommend him."

"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."
