"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "Mr. Mantz and his employees trenched along the fence line in my side yard. This area often captured and retained large quantities water following heavy downpours .
Once the trenching work was completed, Mr. Mantz and crew shoveled in a substantial layer of stone, installed drainage pipe, connecting it to an existing line, covered the pipe with more stone and installed a drainage basin nearer the front of the house to complete the install.  To ensure that quick and effective drainage will occur during heavy rainfall, decorative rock was placed on top of the completed ditch.
Mr. Mantz did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the entire project.  He scheduled Ohio Utilities Protective Services to ensure that all underground utilities were properly located before starting the dig. I was impressed with the extra effort taken  to keep the work area relatively mud free by placing the trench dirt on top of tarps. Once all backfill was complete and tarps removed  the work area was left remarkably clean.
Mr. Mantz and his employees were always prompt, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Mantz's Lawn and Landscaping
