Based on reviews I researched they appear to be really good at honoring their warranty. He was able to coordinate getting the work done prior to closing which did not give them a lot of time. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak.
