On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. "Carter Exteriors installed a Very nice Corning roof on my home in the peppercorn color. they were very professional and clean. they took their time to protect my plants. The salesman Jim was not pushy like the reps from [Provider Information Removed] who were very pushy and demanding. it was a fantastic experience and they finished my project in the same day even though all my plywood needed changing. There pricing was in line with my other estimates not the cheapest but not the most expensive, Jims Knowledge was what won us over."

"Most overpriced roofing company around. It's laughable the quotes I was given by these guys vs. the other roofers I spoke with. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."

"These guys are absolutely amazing!!! The owner, Drew, is incredibly respectful and courteous. He explains every detail with you of what exactly they're going to do and gives a fair estimate, that beats out the competition by far. The crew that showed up to do the job was fantastic!! They even took the time to answer our 11 year old son's questions and spent time playing a little basketball with him once the roof was finished!! The guys were always checking in with us to assure that we had no unanswered concerns. They cleaned up our property beautifully when they were finished and asked if we were satisfied with their work.
