Two days after the roof installation was complete, about 2.35 inches of rain fell in Rochester on 7/17/21. There were no water leaks anywhere in the house during or after this excessive windblown rainfall event. The complete absence of leaks during this heavy rainfall is note-worthy because the previous two roofs that were installed by other contractors leaked throughout their lifetimes."

"Scott did an outstanding job on the roof of the garage/and back half of the house. They installed and repaired gutters. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. We would highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs."
