I contacted Finn's late on a Saturday afternoon leaving a message with the answering service. Sean returned my call within hours that day. I explained the problem and he told me he could stop by early next week. On early Monday morning Sean was at the house assessing the situation. I wanted the pump, motor, and filters system to be working like new. We made a fair cost projection and he said it may be a couple of days. On Tuesday morning the next day Finn's had crews at the house with all the new equipment and performed the work within 2 hours. I now have a properly working system that is quiet. Finn's has the professional knowledge and was not trying to over sell me on anything. Finn's just did what's right. I am totally impressed with the response and installation.
