"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"Excellent. Two separate teams came; one for AC and Furnace; second for Tankless hot water heater; Minor toilet repair also done at no extra charge, including a follow up service call to install new toilet flush handle, also at no charge."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Came out within three hours of request to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. Plumber Carl was professional, careful, and respectful of property. Quoted a reasonable price and fixed the problem within an hour. Looked at other potential plumbing problems in the house and gave me quotes should I choose to pursue further repairs/improvements."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Albert delivered the service to reset and reseal the toilet on time and as expected with great workmanship and cleaned up afterward."

"I had an emergency repair and After Hours Home Improvement came to the rescue! I recently had water damage in, not only the ceiling, but the floor/carpet was ruined. Reid and his company were a one-stop shop, which included water remediation, finding the source of the problem, clearing all the damaged household items, figuring out a way to fix the problem at the least expense to me, the homeowner and putting everything back like new. The cause of the leak was in a tricky place and instead of putting my family out and tearing up my kitchen for weeks, they were creative and figured out a smarter way to not put my family out for too long. Reid was organized and kept me informed every step of the way on what they would be doing each day and when they would be done. And, he was right on target! This was an emergency and they came immediately. I will use them for any of my emergency and non-emergency home repairs in the future. I've had bad experiences in the past with builders and this team gave me faith again. Thank you After Hours Home Improvement!"

"It went well. We had a previous company out to work on it 3 years ago. The Master Plumber found the issue to be the original home owners did not do any of the pump replacements to code. Also the pipe underground to the well was under code for the pressures involved. He would warrenty his work but only until the old pump. His request was to change it all. Dig a trench to the house and replace it all with stronger pipe. If he could do it of course the price would be higher but he would warrenty for 20 years. While working he would show us all the evidence of why the upgrade as well as the process. Meanwhile his price was pretty good. He gave a flat price in the beginning and it didn't change or fluctuate throughout the process even though a lot of manual labor was required just to get to the original repair area. Overall i would hire them again. I would say they are trust worthy and knowledgeable about their stuff. He punctual for his appointment times as well. All in all 16 hrs of labor, many feet of pipe, and a few dozen fittings."
